Reservations

What are the standard check-in/check-out timings?

Check-in is from 02:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. We also offer luggage storage to guests before check-in and after check-out.

Is early check-in/check-out available? Are the timings flexible?

You may request early check-in or late check-out during booking, subject to availability. Please reach out directly to the property to confirm your timings. However, guests checking in or out before or after the designated periods may be charged an additional fee.

Is it a couple friendly hotel?

Yes. Both guests will be required to provide a valid Government ID with proof of residence.

What is your cancellation policy? Will I get a full refund?

We offer free cancellation on select Rooms only. Cancellations 24 hours before arrival will receive a full refund. Any cancellation within 24 hours of arrival will be charged a one-night tariff + tax. Rooms booked without payment will be released at 6PM on the day of arrival if the Guest does not check-in.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash , UPI and all major Credit and Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express).

Am I required to provide ID proof at check-in?

Yes, we require a valid government-issued identification with proof of residence at check-in time.

Amenities

Do you serve Complimentary Breakfast?

Yes! We serve a warm, sumptuous breakfast every morning from 7:30AM to 09.30AM. The spread includes Fluffy Idlis, Dosas, Cereal, Eggs to order, and Fresh Fruit, amongst many other delectable items. If the Breakfast is not included in the Room Rate, it will be charged an additional INR 250+Taxes for Adults.

Do you have a Single Room for my Driver?

We do not have room for drivers.

Do you have a Swimming Pool or a Spa?

No, we do not have a swimming pool or spa inside our premises.

What languages are spoken by the staff at Hanu Reddy Residences?

The staff speaks multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and Tamil.

Do you offer cleaning services?

Yes, we offer Housekeeping and Laundry services to our guests.

Do you provide high-speed WiFi?

Yes, our properties are fitted with a free high-speed WiFi network. In addition, passwords to access the web will be provided at check-in.

Does Hanu Reddy Residences offer any Business Oriented Services?

Yes, we offer Meeting Rooms, a Banquet Hall, and Conference Facilities at separate charge.

Do you offer luggage storage?

If you need to leave your luggage behind while traveling, luggage storage is available at the owner’s risk.

Do the rooms have balconies?

We do not have rooms with a balcony. However, there is a shared courtyard and open terrace.

Traveling

Can I arrange for a Car rental for the day?

Yes! Our Help Desk would love to set you up with a cab for your travel plans.

Is car parking available?

Yes, car parking is available on-site and charged at INR 200 per night.

Miscellaneous

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

To accommodate all our guests, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. We do not permit smoking in any of the rooms. Hanu Reddy Residences allow smoking only in Designated Areas.

Do you have an in-house Bar? Can we bring Alcohol to the premises?

As per Government rules, we do not have a License to sell Alcohol, and liquor is not allowed within the premises.
