Are your check-in and check-out timings flexible?

Our check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 12 noon. These timings are flexible by 1.5 hours, subject to availability. Early check-in from 8am to 12am and late check out from 2pm to 5pm will be charged an additional Rs.1750 + tax.

How many people can be accommodated per room?

Can I add an extra bed in the room?

Except the Superior Room category, an extra bed can be accommodated in our rooms and will be charged Rs.1000 + tax for adults and Rs.750 + tax for children (aged 5-12 years).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash and Card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex).

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations 24 hours prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Any cancellation within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one-nights tariff + tax. Rooms booked without payment will be released at 6pm on the day or arrival if guest does not check in.

Can I book an entire bungalow?

Yes, all rooms in a bungalow can be booked for one party, subject to availability.

Am I required to provide ID proof at check-in?

Yes, we do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Do you have a swimming pool and spa?

No, we do not have a swimming pool or spa.

Do you have a gym? If so what equipment is provided?

We do have a fitness centre equipped with a treadmill, exercise cycle, dumbbells, multigym weight training machine and yoga mats.

Do you have a bar and restaurant?

We do have a restaurant which serves a breakfast buffet every morning. Lunch and dinner are made to order. Since we serve fresh food, its best if orders are placed one hour in advance. We do not have a bar or serve alcohol.

Do you provide high speed Wi-Fi?

Yes, our properties are fitted with free high speed Wi-Fi network. Password to access the network will be provided at check-in.

Is car parking available?

Yes, car parking is available at an additional cost of Rs. 100/per night.

Can transportation be arranged from the airport/railway station?

Yes, pick-up can be arranged from airport/railway station. Following are the charges: To Wallace Garden: Sedan – Rs.1050+ 150(parking) SUV – Rs.1200 + 150(parking) To Poes Garden: Sedan – Rs.900+ 150(parking) SUV – Rs.1200 + 150(parking)

Do you serve breakfast?

A sumptuous breakfast buffet is served every morning from 7.30am to 10.30am. The spread includes idlis, dosas, cereal, eggs to order, fresh fruit, etc.

Are laundry and housekeeping services available?

Yes, laundry and housekeeping services are available. Laundry will be charged per item of clothing.

Do you offer luggage storage?

Luggage storage is available should you need to leave your luggage behind while travelling, at owner’s risk.

Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Our property maintains a non-smoking environment. Kindly refrain from smoking on the premises.
