· Arrival before 7am will attract 1 night’s charge as retention (room is blocked from previous day).
· Arrival between 7am to 9am - Retention will be charged @ 50% on the published tariff.
· Departure after 2pm until 8pm - Retention will be charged @ 50% on the published tariff.
· Departure after 8pm - Full day charges apply.

Cancellation or Refund Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, one full night’s room rent will be charged as retention. In case of no-show, one full night’s retention will be charged. All no show/any cancellation charge will be billed / charged to the credit card used to guarantee the room reservation.

Guarantee Policy:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or advance payment. All major cards are accepted.

Child Policy:
Childern above 10 years with or without extra bed will be charged additional INR 1250+Tax per chind per night.

Photo Identity:
Indian Guests are requested to present a government approved photo identity during Check-IN.
Foreign nationals are requested to present a valid passport and visa during check-in.

Mother hospitalization My mother had a renal transplant in Apollo (Greams Road). So we were advised to stay somewhere close to hospital that is extremely hygienic. So after initial inquiry we choose this place. The overall experience was awesome. They had every facility that a home has like kitchen, washing machine etc. In the same time they provided facilities of a star hotel. Daily morning we get complementary breakfast, for other times we can also order there. I have never seen such a hospitality. At the end of the stay we felt bad in moving from there. Comparing to the inpatient admission in Apollo, their charges are very nominal. I also want to credit Mr. Ramesh (manager) who made the stay very pleasant. I strongly recommend this place from my experience.

Nice place to stay for Medical Tourism in Chennai: The property is at a stones throw distance from Apollo Hospitals. Extremely well maintained,spacious rooms & bathrooms with all modern amenities for a very comfortable stay. The restaurant serves good breakfast and homely food. The staff and managers are very hospitable people.

Staying at the Hanu Reddy Residences: We like the place. There were a couple of kids in our group. They particularly like being able to run around. One thing that I do not like is there are no windows, which might be okay for people who only need to stay for the night, but if you stay during the day, it gets a bit stuffy.

Sad to Leave:I have loved being in this hotel and the staff have been outstanding. My first night was in an annex down the street and the room and bathroom were ok but basic. The room I was moved to in the main hotel has been a delightful retreat. It is big and cool and immaculate. Yummy food esp the Indian breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel
